From my point of view, being an early care assistant is rather a mission. I would like to bring to families in need all of my knowledge gained during my social psychology studies and on top of that, also my knowledge of developmental psychology which I am interested in. It could seem that an early care assistant is a one-man type of job. However, in Educo it means team work and I am doing my best to work with all families in my care in the same way.
