For me, being an early care counsellor means providing professional help and support to families in a challenging life situation related to raising a child with special needs. However, my role is not only professional, but also human and empathetic. I try to listen to the needs of families, be there for them in difficult moments, share joyful moments with them and contribute to improving their quality of life.
